First Resorts Inc., a Nevada Corporation was formed on and registered with the Nevada Secretary of state on May 18, 2000. The companie’s primary focus was to establish a service company to provide vacation rental, property management and real estate brokerage services in the Lake Tahoe Nevada area.
The formation of it’s Lake Village Vacation Rental Division was it’s first order of business in the spring of 2000 when it’s offering of services to Lake Village, Nevada owners began with Lake Village Resort, located at the entryway of Lake Village.
Since the inception of Lake Village Resort as a vacation rental company, it was apparent that there was an impending need for a Real Estate Brokerage Company to service the continually changing Lake Village ownership base. Therefore, First Resorts Inc. expanded its services to include a full services brokerage, offering real estate sales and buyer representation.
At the forefront of the companies highly experienced team, is Nancy Kam a 25 year vetran of the Real Estate Industry and General Manager/Co-Owner of First Resort Inc. Ms. Kam’s experience includes extensive work in the fields of Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing, Property Management and Development as well as several years with, mortgage lending institutes. Combining this knowledge with over 10 years in major hotel development and management, Ms. Kam’s skill set offers all that is needed to launch First Resorts Inc. into the forefront of Tahoe’s Small Business Community.
With the formation of it’s most recent Lake Properties Real Estate Division under the Sponsorship of Broker, Tom King also a vetran and proven leader in the Tahoe real estate community, First Resorts Inc. adds another feather to it’s cap of services. The success of the Lake Village Resort vacation rental division has propelled it’s new division Lake Properties into action, providing Real Estate Services outside of Lake Village and on into the areas from Stateline to Glenbrook and surrounding Nevada communities.
